Returns Policy

 

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  We regret we cannot refund or exchange earrings.  A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.  We regret we cannot refund items that have been engraved or deposits on special commissions although every effort will be made on our part to resolve any problems.  We cannot  refund postage or shipping costs.

Photography

 

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques.  Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
