We would  like to inform you that this  site will be updated and improved on a continuing based to allow your shopping experience to be as straightforward and pleasant as possible.  However, you will be asked to agree to the Terms below before any order is accepted so we request you to read through these carefully before purchase is made.

Delivery

The cost of delivery is made clear at time of ordering.  Our charges reflect delivery within the United Kingdom only.  

 

Prices

All prices quoted are as accurate as possible, however, we reserve the right to alter these at any time.  There may be occasions where prices are incorrectly quoted or change at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.  If this situation occurs you will be informed of the correct price by telephone or email as soon as possible and should you wish to  withdraw from the sale that part of your order will be cancelled.

 

Sizing

You will be responsible for determining the finger size for your ring.  We can send you a plastic Ring Sizer which will certainly give a good indication of size, but we would recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweller - size required does vary with the width and style of ring being purchased.

 

Alternatively, we can send you a stock ring which you can have sized by us free of charge (normally takes 7-10 days) though you will be responsible for the postage and insurance cover costs of returning the ring to us.

 

Returns Policy

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  We regret we cannot refund or exchange earrings.  A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.  We regret we cannot refund items that have been engraved or deposits on special commissions although every effort will be made on our part to resolve any problems.  We cannot  refund postage or shipping costs.
